Calculates strike water volume and temperature for infusion mashes. Enter your grain weight, desired mash thickness, and rest temperature, and it will calculate the necessary strike water details. Remember that your grain temperature can effect your strike water temperature, so plug this into the calculator as well.
NOTE: The calculations for mash strike water assumes your mash tun will absorb heat. This may happen whether or not you pre-heat the tun. To properly use this calculator, do not stabilize the tun at the strike temperature, or your temperature will be too high.
