We’ve been having a lot of guests on the show lately and I love it. I especially love our guest for this week’s show, Lorena Evans!
 
She’s been in the scene for a long time and is best known as Yooper on our favorite forums Homebrew Talk and our favorite brewing software Brewer’s Friend.
 
Lorena is, without a doubt, the best fermenting specialist that I know. She’s an incredible brewer and has a TON of knowledge stored in her head. Seriously – ask her anything about fermentation and she’ll have THE answer for you. It’s incredible.
 
If you’re not a fan of episodes we do where we digress all the time and have a hard time staying on topic, then you *might* not fully enjoy this week’s show. It was my fault but I just had so much fun with Todd and Lorena out on the ranch patio that it was hard for me to not geek out and enjoy myself in the conversation.
